Wah goes to bypass when fully forward

I have my wah controller setup without much issue. The only issue I have is when the controller is fully forward, the wah goes into bypass.

I am using the HD500X as a controller and I have expression pedal 2 setup for the wah controller of the AF3.

Bypass = 59 (HD500X Toe switch) AF3 learned
External 2 - Expression 2 from the HD500X

The controls work, the FX control value changes to what I need, but goes to bypass on value zero.

Any thoughts on that behavior(besides that ain't good)?

You probably have auto engage enabled on the Control modifier.

Turn the off... Or else use auto engage instead of the switch.

Either way, you can configure it to shut off at toe down (95%) or heel down (5%) if you decide to go that route.

I've had mine do that during setup and putting the pedal in back position, bypass wah save bypassed fixed it for me.
