wah doesnt show status in axe edit

I dont know if its a bug or something stupid that I'm doing although Im sure its more likley the latter.
Anyway, I use a wah with autoengage setup to ext1 like in the manual but when I am using it the status doesnt change in axe edit but it is depicted correctly on the axefx2 control panel.
Anybody know whats up?

It's a known behavior. I do not think it's a bug, I would say a missing feature indeed.
The fact we are not supposed to "touch" the Axe when using the Editor might be a reason why things behave like this...

Thanks, I didnt know about not using axefx controls when editor is open either.
