After hearing the great voxsounds of Guitarjon i was going back to the Justin York Cab. I was never really satisfied, thought it would sound to hart - but I havn´t also tried every Mic and Mix, cause I didn´t like the SM 57 in combination with the vox in the axe. FW 2.0 changed the voxsound, so.....
Justin gave me a few tips ( a really nice guy!) and I was suprised how it could sound with a humbucker. My favourite was always a singlecoil for breakuptones.
Only a little idea what I´ve recorded, but I like these sounds...
left - AC 30 with Treble boost, less volume, 121 - 57A3 IR left
right - AC 30 Top boost 121 - 57 C3 IR left
Solosound AC 30 Hot , SM 58 on the cloth Right
