Volume zero when turning on Axe FX with volume pedal

Hi,

All my presets have a volume linked to an expression pedal in the end of the chain. Every time that I turn on my Axe, the preset is mute, despite of the expression position. Is this expected (by design), or am I missing a configuration somewhere?
The configuration that I did was just assign the source. everything else is the default config. See image.

Set the initial value of the controller to 100% on the Axe -> I/O -> MIDI -> CRTL INIT VAL

Put your pedal in the full volume position, save the preset, and also make sure PC Reset is set to ON.
