Volume imbalance problem

I have a volume imbalance on my Ax8. When using a panned dual delay I noticed that the output of the right channel seems to be virtually no-existent. I'm running the AX8 via 2 XLR cables into a mixer. At first I thought maybe one of my cables was faulty, but switching them around on the left channel showed that both passed signal normal. By muting the left channel on my mixer I noticed that there was some signal coming through, it was just incredibly muted. So I figure the problem has to be in the AX8. I've looked into the I/O settings but I can't seem to find anything to suggest that its set to mono or some other weird rerouting.

Anyone know of a way to solve this? Or know if my Ax8 is faulty?

Did you try a different mixer channel?

None of the I/O: Audio settings for stereo would disable the Right output. The options are Stereo, Sum L+R and Copy L>R. All of those options have audio on both ports.

It's possible to adjust pan in any block in a preset, and also possible on the main output block of the preset for all 4 rows of the grid. (I'm assuming you tried multiple presets though).
