Im 'jonesing' for his sound, especially lead. I know Danzi brought him up, but I dont want to wait and it may never happen. He had such a clean sweat chimey gain with great sustain. I dont even know where to begin, other than he used ADA and emg p/u in his steinberger.

Any thoughts, hints, ideas: I mean it could even be a clean amp with a drive pedal. Amp, IR suggestions or preset attempts appreciated!
 
I play a few white lion tunes. I have a brit pre preset that I will put on the exchange but it uses a CAB.IR.EU mixed IR from the 1960 ax Marshal cab.
 
ok here is my Brit Pre preset http://axechange.fractalaudio.com/detail.php?preset=4684 Hope you can find a good IR to use, the IR I use is a little brighter and cleaner,clearer then factory #58(4x12 tv mix c1 ML) but that is the closest factory ir I could find. I use Charvel guitars with emg pick ups when playing live. the 85 gives me the best bratta type tone.

thanks but white lion and megadeth? Ill give it a try but cant imagine a preset for both they sound nothing alike on albums?

there is an eq on scenes 4 and 5 that changes the tone a fair amount. Also some scene controllers that turn up the gain.
 
For vito's tone it is a strat with humbuckers, and most likely a marshall lead with some delay, and maybe a small hint of chorus ( like extremely subtle) Problem with patch sharing is every guitar sounds so different through each patch.
