V7 to V11 difficulties

I have a clean preset with 2 amps. I've matched each of them separately as close as I can without getting into GEQ/PEQ/ToneMatch and they sound great. When mixed together and compared to the V7 preset, there are huge EQ discrepancies all over but primarily around 500hz. What could be causing this?

Maybe the difference in the MasterVolume replication and the new MIMIC simulation.

It was happening in my DAW as well, so I guess it's just simply the way it's mixing the new gain sounds. Managed to get the mix to sound the same, however now the amps sound different if/when isolated (not an issue for me).
