For those of you who use the Factory presets and have COPY OUT1->OUT2 set "ON", be aware that there are a couple of presets that have errant FX blocks in them. This will not affect OUT1 output levels but causes no sound on OUT2 .
You can fix this by removing the FX block from the preset and saving.
Those presets (I have found) are:
A000 59 Bassguy
A060 Dirty Shirley
A061 Fox ODS
UPDATE: the "C382 Amp Matching Template" is supposed to have the FX included.
