If so, the answer is no. Those are an Axe Edit + computer solution only.

it is a feature of Axe-Edit and a computer. it was never possible on the Axe Hardware and not intended to.

You can use global blocks on the Axe II itself. Works similarly, but you only have 10 global block memory locations for each block instance (10 each for Amp1, Amp2, Delay1, Delay2, etc.). You can choose to link them to the global block or just import them to the current preset. Linking them will automatically update all presets that use that linked global block anytime you make changes to that global block. If you don't link the block, it will just apply the current saved global block settings independently and future changes to the global block will not change that preset. There's also no way to name them, so you have to keep track of which global block number is which for each block.
