Using the FM3 and FC6 to toggle through presets and display scenes

I am a new FM3 user / Helix convert :). I love my FM#!
For a live situation show, I would like to set up the FM3 /FC6 combination to - Toggle up and down through presets and then have my 4 scenes automatically displayed. Has anyone done any configurations like this?

Yes. Use the FM3 switches to change presets on a Layout, then have the FC6 on a different Layout that displays Scenes.
 
I have a neat layout for Scenes that lets you get all 8 scenes with 4 buttons, using Layout links on the hold functions to flip the view so the FC always shows scene button that is active.

Scene Layout (use 'save as')

The other two buttons in each view have utility stuff on them - tap tempo and layout switch, which can be other things if your setup doesn't need those functions....
