I have a drummer who has a board which he runs his drums through, amplifying the sound even more. I currently run 600 watts and find it's still not enough!! I know crazy!! I find a lot of distortation especially when I am using active basses. What do you think of using DC power amps? Small light weight, but I am still not convinced that it can hold up with a clean sound at those levels. What is your experience with them?
