USB setup for recording a Mic

Getting no input signalUSB cable from Axe going into hub for Mac mini.
USB cable from mixer (Mic input) going into same hub.

Have the USB block in the grid but does it connect to anything?

Using Cubase.

Do you have a Mic plugged into the mixer and are you trying to process that on the grid in the Axe FX?
