Upgrade FW from beta to 5.0.3 before a gig?

Normally I wouldn't even think about it, but since I am on 5.0.3 Beta, and I am heading to a gig tonight, it begs the question. Upgrade or not upgrade, in THIS specific case?

I would hold off until you get some time to play through your patches in the new firmware. The most recent updates have had some CPU changes so some of my previously fine patches started to max out on certain scenes. I had to go through and tweak a bunch and simplify things to get them working again. Also, some of the gain levels changed on the amps so my previously clean amps had some grit to them.

That said, if you back everything up beforehand, you can always revert back to the older firmware and patches with just a couple of quick updates to the unit.
