Unable to save new block definitions unless Axe-Edit is run as Administrator (solved)

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Firmware: v11.01


After installing firmware v11.01, when starting Axe-Edit 3, it starts to get the "new block definitions". It keeps doing this every time Axe-Edit is started unless I start Axe-Edit with Administrator privileges.
