Two guitars, Four outputs

I'm wondering if this is possible. I am running two guitarists though the Ultra and, in a perfect world, each player would need to have two separate outputs; one with and one without the cabinet simulator. I want one output per guitarist to go to our in-ear monitor system and the other output to go to an onstage amp/cabinet.

Is this possible, and if so, how would I go about setting this up?
