Tuner not correct with recent updates?

Has anyone had a issue with their tuner in the AF2 not being accurate after the last couple of updates? Mine seems to be off by almost an entire 1/2 step. With my current set up for recording it’s frustrating and inconvenient but Isn’t killing me, but I’d like to figure out a solution before I use her live again.
I’ve checked offsets and there’s none programmed in. Does anyone else have a suggestion?
 
Can happen if you have the unit connected to a DAW with a sample rate other than 48 kHz, IIRC.
 
That sounds familiar, but my DAW is set to 48 by default. This evening though, I will try to disconnect the usb, I guess that should tell me if the issue is in the AF2 alone or something between my PC and the unit right?
