Tuner animation isn't working on version 3.14.3

When I click on 'Tuner' in Axe-Edit, yes. The computer screen's tuner opens also, but nothing happens on it when I play. I made sure the volume on the guitar was turned up and everything.

Does the hardware tuner dot move?
 
Did you check the Send Realtime Sysex setting? (Axe I/O: MIDI menu) It needs to be "tuner" or "all" for this.
