Bug? Tube Drive 4 & 5 Knob Bug/Old Problem

Hi everyone,
I recently got the FM9 after owning the FXIII a few years ago.
I've had the same problem with the Tube Drive 4 and 5 knobs, which were fixed (only the 4 Knob because the 5-Knob didn't exist yet) some time ago on the FXIII. They sound muddy and too fuzzy, even with the drive set low. This problem is even more noticeable with the neck pickup.
Just compare the TDs on the FXIII to those on the FM9 with a clean preset, and you'll immediately hear the difference.

I'd be very grateful if you could also fix them for the FM9, otherwise they're unusable.

Thank you so much !

Engineering compared the FM-9 models to the Axe-Fx III and they measured the same.
I'm the same person who posted about this problem years ago when I had an FXIII, and I recognized the problem. I'm absolutely certain that the TD 4 Knob sounded great after the patch, because it's one of the Drives I've used the most and it doesn't sound like that on my FM9. Even with everything at 12 o'clock (especially with the neck pickup), it's a fuzz, not a tube overdrive.

At this point, I don't know if it's my problem... I assumed they sounded as good on the FXIII as they did when I had it. I don't know if anything has changed on the FXIII, but I don't think so. What can I do to better demonstrate this to you?

Tested and compared. They sound the same on both devices, current firmware.

The drives have evolved. Maybe your memory takes you back to earlier III firmware where they may have sounded different.

I've talked to several people and they've had no problems either. I'm trying to figure out what's causing it. The problem exists. It actually sounds different from others with the same preset. I have the pickups active, but the input is fine.
