TM to IR conversion

Is it possible to convert the TM blocks in these two presets to IR's to be used in the AX8?

After researching it looks like this can be done with the Axe FX. Any other software that will convert a tone match block from a preset to an IR?

I don't have an Axe-Fx and don't use Axe-Edit (AX8 using AX8-Edit) so I don't have access to the tone match blocks to export.
Also this won't convert them to IR's.
