Tips for running stereo cabs?

Hi,
I just picked up a second Recto 2x12 cab. I'll be powering them with a GT1000FX. I think the wiring should be simple and I know I can pan effects left and right (though I haven't done it yet), but if I run a dual amp preset how will I get one amp left and the other right?

Any other tips would be appreciated as well.

You would pan one amp left. And you would pan the other amp right. Keep in mind any effects post-amp will not be panned left or right unless you pan them that way.

2 2x12 cabs is pretty freakin' sweet. I have 2 2x12 Avatar Contemporary cabs and they just... it is SO MASSIVE SOUNDING. But without tub and excessive low end. A very impressive setup!
