Tips for More Chime AC30TB FW15.03?

I loaded up FW 15.03 yesterday and while I like it much better than the overdriven version in 14.02, I'm having trouble finding that crisp, edge-of-break-up-chime that the AC30TB is known for. I can get the crisp. I can get the chime. I just can't seem to get them at the same time. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
 
It helps to have a guitar that's naturally 'crisp'.

I get better results with Master lower (@6), sag up, play with input levels and bright cap.
 
Thanks electronpirate. I'm definitely referring to Strats, Teles and Country Gents. I haven't played with the MV in eons. I've just left it dimed. Your other suggestions are not places I normally go either so... Thanks! I'll let you know.
 
Also, don't be afraid to try the Morgan AC-20 Deluxe ....

For some ( especially yek ), it out chimes the Vox !

Forgot about this.

He's right! Although I like the TB a 'hair' better (because of a 'touch' more girth to it.)

Point is, also try out that excellent AC20 IR provided. It's love.
 
Thanks All! The bright cap and MV adjustments really made a difference. I love the Morgan (especially in its physical form) and the DC30 models but trying to dial a good global AC30.
