Bug? The startup issue.

Hello everybody.

Recently, I've bought an Axe FX Ultra on ebay.
And found a annoying bug in it.

So, when i try to turn it on, the screens shows me nothing but it works,during 10-20 minutes, then the device works normally.

Firmware version is 11.

Can somebody suggest me the solution? Thanks a lot.

That's not normal behavior. Email Fractal Support and see what they say.

May be the same screen cable connection issue as discussed here for the II?
