The Herbert

clarky

Axe-Master
I'm coming to the conclusion that this is just the most versatile amp ever

I've used it for all sorts..
rock / prog / metal... arm.. yeah obviously.. lol..
funk
swamp blues

and now my latest session..
rockabilly

it's versatility never ceases to blow me away

Yeah that's a chunkie mean amp. I was playing with channel 2 in the Axe3 today .
One of my favorite

Will have to try it out today! Any cab pairings you would recommend?

cab is a factory 77: 1x10 Prince Tone Black Mix

Herbert ch2-
set the master vol high: 8
set the input drive low: values between 3 and 5 to control how much grit you want in there

guitar was a Strat [HSS so I have H&S together and S coil only options]

Love the Herbert... easy to dial in too..
The Quick Rod is another amp I’d put in the same catagory as one that can cover a lot of ground that doesn’t seem to get a lot of mentions. The Herbert has that magic & has feel. Killer
