I'm guessing some clever use of EQ on the IR and maybe some phase processing. Will be fun to find out!

I doubt this is the case. It's just a 57 and 421 on a V30 in a Mesa cab! The original pack that this is from (ML USA) has upwards of 40 mixes of these two mics in combination alone, so I'm going to deduce that Mikko just landed on a magic combination of these two mics on that speaker in that cab.
