Tearing my hear out trying to find ANYTHING about making IR's for the ULTRA

how do you do it? can it be done with the ultra or do you have to make them in something else... I'm asking for solutions not links to other threads sending me down a million other rabbit holes. just a simple Yes and here's a direct link to how, or no but this is a direct link to a work around...
 
The Ultra cannot make its own IRs. You need to make them yourself with another program, or download them and upload them to the Ultra.
