I know this post is a couple years old, but has anyone used these yet?
They are supposed to be FRFR, so I was considering buying a pair and running them with a mackie 1202, for at home jamming or small gigs. Plug in my AFX, boss RC300 looper, Voicelive 3 extreme and beat buddy.
I primarily use a bose L1 double bass system but thought the fx150 might be a nice addition for more quiet situations, or at home practice and song writing.
Well, it seems to have a 6.5" speaker, if I'm not mistaken, and 150 watts. That's not enough for good bass response. To compensate for such a small speaker, they have a ported enclosure, that'll sound boomy and imprecise.
Note that I have no personal experience with this particular speaker, but since no one is replying, I thought I could share what I think. There are no miracles, and this is hardly one.
