Tape delay - Matchless - intro to Foo Fighters walk

Here is the lead line to the intro of walk with the new tape delay.
The patch is very bright in isolation but sits really well with the band.

modulation adjusts the tape speed when the config is set to tape, so yes. If you use modulation.

Here is the patch:

H-H guitar set to middle position
Delay 2 is what is being used.
turn on reverb if you want more ambience and tame the highs
Volume block is set to external 1, if you get no sound just bypass the volume block.
