Bug? tap 2 times on preset switch before the name change on MFC

I have to tap 2 time on MFC switch to change preset? The first tap the # and the preset changes and I have to tap a second time to change the name of the preset on MFC screen... And "Waiting for tuner" when selecting tuner on MFC?

I've made a factory reset on MFC, update 3.08 and when thru trouble shooting list. I can't find what I've done wrong?

I would try another reset and then after verifying your settings (such as axe type, port etc.) if it still doesn't work you may need to reapply the firmware.
 
I have to exact same rig, this Mfc gives me trouble... I ´ve made a couple back to back resets the last one seemed to work?
How do I reapply the firmware?
