.syx cab not loading into axe manage

hey all,

I'm new here so sorry if this has been answered. I have the redwirez ir pack and I want to load a specific bass cab into axe edit but for some reason it says "file type not supported." The file is labelled axe fx and is a .syx file so I'm unsure why this is happening. For reference I've attached an image of two files. The top one is downloaded from axe exchange and the bottom is the redwirez file. Not sure if the icon is an indicator. I appreciate all help with this!

Compare the sizes of the two files.

It's probably an Axe-Fx I file. Use Cab-Lab to convert the .wav files to Axe-Fx II format.
