Switching Scenes problem

I have I/A switches 1-5 as scenes when reveal selected . When Switches 1-5 are selected on the MFC - 101 they do not change the Scenes on the Axe FX although the mfc displays scenes 1-5 when pressed the light does not show . But when scenes are selected from the front panel of the Axe the scenes are recognised by the MFC and lights 1-5 are shown . MFC MK3 FW 3.05

Could someone advise what might be wrong .

Is your MFC-101 MkIII set to communicate with your specific AxeFX model? That's a commonly missed setting that can cause issues.

Ok, I can give that a try . I have Axe fx2 mark 2 . How could i check this setting please .

Edit: Success ! Utility reset has done the trick . The correct Axe model was selected ok i think the utility reset has reset the I/A switches
