Support System down for Upgrades

Starting later today and continuing until some time on Monday July 30, our support web site will be closed for maintenance and updates.

During this time we will continue to monitor the mailbox support@fractalaudio.com, but response times will be slower than usual.

As always, a great way to get immediate help is to post a topic here on this forum.

UPDATE: Thanks for your patience while this work was performed. The migration and upgrades are mostly complete. You can now email support@fractalaudio.com and expect a response within normal time parameters. The support web page needs more work tonight and should be fully operational again by this time tomorrow.

The support web site is now fully functional. We will work next on a new automated help system to suggest knowledgebase articles based on what you type while submitting a ticket/case/conversation.
