I got mildly excited when I saw this announced but haven't bought a tube amp in years. $2,700 + $1,000 for the cab - no thanks

Wow it's that expensive? Well I guess with all the features that's about right. I thought that it's more like a more expensive 15W amp.

A good tube amp is always expensive, one made by Suhr is obviously twice as expensive, and when you add Pete Thorn's name to it even more so. Is it any more different then an artist signature guitar from Fender or Gibson?

The only amp I saw from the NAMM releases that appeals to me is the 20 watt Friedman Jerry Cantrell
