Suddenly low recording volume?

Hey all. Had a weird issue happen tonight.

I record my AFX via reamping through my interface. So my 2 signal chains are:

Recording DI:
Guitar -> UA610 Solo -> RME UCX -> Pro Tools
Then:
Recording AFX:
RME UCX Output -> Radial Reamp Box -> AFX -> RME UCX -> Pro Tools

It's worked like a treat and never given me grief, except today.

I'd tinkered with tones, so I went to reamp an old DI. To be 100% clear: in no way, did I change any of the volume controls on the preset. It was simply bass\mids\treble tweaks that probably nobody would ever notice and for some reason, the signal is super quiet compared to what it was like yesterday.

My tones are set up to be just below clipping on the AFX. I thought I may have accidentally bumped something. But the moment I increase the volume, Output 1 starts clipping. So it's giving me all it's got (without clipping) and for some reason, the volume is super low.

Here is a screenshot to show what I'm talking about. Explorer A and B are the same guitar part and the same preset, just double-tracked. In other words, Explorer A should have the same output as Explorer B, but you can clearly see the difference.

Any ideas? Something wrong with my chain? Something wrong with the AFX?

In Pro Tools 12, when I add a second audio track, it defaults to FAS inputs 3/4 instead of 1/2. I hate that and forget every time lol.
