Bug? Stuck on 'FW Update Mode' during update

Hi everyone,

Have finally got round to updating my MFC but I am encountering an issue where it stays stuck on the above when trying to update. From the Read Me troubleshooting this suggests that the MIDI data isn't being received. I have tested all connections and everything seems to be set up ok. Anybody have any ideas?
