Stuck in Bypass

Hi,
In the past few days....I've run into a situation where a block seems like it's stuck in bypass mode. I'm manipulating a preset in Axe Edit
  • I hit the space bar and the many of the knobs and settings for block "flash" on/off on the screen [like it's trying]; but it DOESN'T COME OUT of BYPASS
  • I right click on the block itself, and select or click on the menu option Bypass/Engage; but the same thing happens

Has anyone else noticed this?

Chris - maybe you can answer one other question for me..............since you're an axe genius, and I can barely spell it.

I am assigning an envelope follower to the feedback knob on plex delay.........but where or how do I set which CHANNEL of the enveloper follower control I want to use?

@chris and/or moderators, seems like almost every week we get something like "this block won't un/bypass" or "parameter won't change" etc.

Wondering if someone could make a sticky thread (something like "Block parameter or bypass 'stuck'?") with a list of all the possible causes and how to "fix" it?

Funnel people to the wiki, specifically the FAQ page. That's the right place for this kind of stuff. Train them to find it with loving, gentle nudges over time.
