I'm getting some strange low end on this model. Check out this audio example.
Firmware is Q9b - Playing a 2017 Fender Professional Strat - Stock Pickups

I'm going after a similar tone as this and am using the same model and cabs as in the video.
Nice a clear low end with a touch of drive.

Is your neck relief set properly? It sounds like your fretting out. The string is buzzing to my ears.

Yep. Setup is great. No fret buzz happening. Picking with medium tension - not as aggressive as I could be.

have you tried a different guitar?
are you clipping the input on the Axe?
What happens if you turn the MV down on the amp (block)?

Here's the same preset using my Tele with neck pickup.

I'm running my Axe vie S/PDIF instead of USB so I can use Axe-Edit.

Not clipping - Tickling yellow.

The main thing to listen for is the low end response and how muddied up it sounds. Can't get this out even with low-cut. Listen to :13-:25.

Now if I pick very lightly it's not there.

Here's the preset

UPDATE:

I've experimented with 5 other presets (that are all using different amp models) with 4 different guitars using hum buckers and single coils.

Every preset has this characteristic low end flub and distortion.

@FractalAudio Would a system reset be in order?

They may lead to the conclusion that it's something else in the chain.
How about just putting headphones on?
Or going analog output instead of SPDIF?
And swap out all your cables.
Just need to use some process of elimination here.

My Axe is in the car, so can't try your patch right now. But would be great if someone else could load it and comment.

I changed the thread title because I've noticed this on all my presets now. I'll try swapping cables, etc but I don't thing that's it.

It's fret buzz. Clear as day.

There is some fret buzz when I’m playing certain notes with a heavier pick but you can hear the low end flub/distortion I’m really referring too when playing a chord.

It’s separate from the fret buzz.

Listen on the first track from 13-25 seconds.

Don’t give up on me too quick. It’s the low end flub/distortion I’m referring too.

I was so focused on that I didn’t even pay attention to the fret buzz (that you pointed out). It’s like the low end totally flubs out and distorts like is clipping - but it’s not.

It’s in all my presets with all of my guitars.

Gentelmen,
Here's another sound clip and video using another guitar that has absolutely no fret buzz.
The flubby/distorted low end is illustrated here.

This exists on all of my presets and I haven't been able to troubleshoot it.
Typically I could dial this out by turning down the bass and/or turning up the low cut.
Not so here.
