Strange behavior with Amp block Bypass set to THRU

Today I was creating a new patch for acoustic guitar and I noted this strange behavior.
When the amp is in the shiva Clean channel (A) there is a bump when the block is bypassed.
The problems doesn't occurs if the "tube amp" model is selected.
I note this issue with other amp models.
on the power speaker and PA this bump is very loud

Tested this with Shiver Clean, set to THRU, and can't reproduce.

Could it be the input boost on the Shiva amp? Just a guess.
