This is my FM9 build based on my synergy one I use on my Axe FXIII. Based on much research of Vais settings and information on how he stacks stuff in his build. Using effects blocks from the gift of tone release as per his per blocks arranged as they were described.
This one includes two Amp settings, rather then use the DS1 pedal which seams to have too much noise and sounds bad in the mix. It uses this alternate amp only for scene 3.

1-Vai Passion and Warfare sound up to his latest sound
2-Vai Inviolate sound base
3-Vai Solo with extra drive similar to when Vai would use his Jemini pedal during solos.
I will update this as I make minor changes. Should work on Axe FX3 but haven't tested it yet.
