Stay login on mobile forum

since a few days my mobile forum doesn't stay logged in
Everytime it asks to login again.
Is there anything changed on the forum?
Or the way ios handles it?
I have a shortcut on my startscreen of the iPhone

Have you ticked the box that says something like "Keep Me Logged In?"

If you have, are you accepting cookies within the Safari settings?

We did a Xenforo upgrade two weeks ago, but it hasn't changed the cookie behaviour of the site. If you check the "Keep me logged in" option when logging in, it will keep you logged in.

Or the way ios handles it?

Definitely keeping me logged in on my iPhone 6S and:

...I too use a home screen shortcut to call up the site on iOS without any problems. I'm always logged in when I do load the site in Safari.

Ok, tried again.
Made a shortcut in Safari again and checked the "keep me logged in" box.

Had this problem for months...
Today I have cleared my cache on my iphone.
Fixed!
