Stand In switches and layout links

Is it possible to have a stand in switch select scene 2 and also link to layout 2 and then have that same stand in switch then select scene 3 and also link to layout 3?

I need to have different layouts for each scene and it would be nice to be able to scroll through my scenes using just one stand in footswitch.

Unfortunately, not without using Tap/Hold for the two operations you want. You can use Toggle or Inc/Dec for the scene portion, but layout link can't be set to go to a specific layout based on context.
