Spontaneous reboot?

Had my Axe II for about six weeks now.

Twice, I've had a situation where the screen suddenly blanks out and the unit spontaneously reboots.

Anyone else experience this? I'm wondering if power is the culprit; but don't have problems with other computer gear on the same circuit. All are plugged into surge suppressors (not regulators or UPS).

Open to ideas; else I will plan to contact support. TIA.

Could be a bug, corrupt preset, or hardware. If it is happening on the same preset/s it is likely a corrupt preset. Definitely contact support.

If it is not a preset or other simple oddity-my guess is power supply going.
 
In the six months I've had the unit, it has rebooted or locked a few times. If hooked up to Axe-edit, which also crashes on my Mac frequently for no apparent reason, that may explain it. Does it happen when not hooked up to the editor?
 
I just checked the power cable. Not sure it was quite all the way pushed in on the Axe end; so I'll see whether there is any change.

In response to whether the reboot was when connected via Axe Edit, one time was, the other was when the computer was completely off.
