Spillover between X and Y?

Hello,

I have a medium hall on X and a Large Hall on Y with the decay set very long. As per the manual, I have each of these set to "mute fx in" so that when they are bypassed, the decay is not cut off. But when I X/Y between them, the decay tails are abruptly cut of. Am I missing a setting or is it spillover not possible in X/Y?

I still have enough CPU to add another Reverb Block if there is no way to stop the decay from being cut off, but I though I would keep CPU down by using X/Y switching in case I need to use another block for something else.

Spillover is not possible using X/Y states on blocks. You have to use another block and switch between them.

You can think of X/Y as literally pulling the pedal off your board and replacing it with an entirely different pedal (or the same pedal with entirely different settings). As you pull it off and replace it, the signal through it is going to be interrupted, right? Similar with X/Y state changes on blocks.
