Sound bleed - Volume at zero

AX8 output 1 or 2 at zero but get sound bleed into the HeadRush FRFRs. Tried different cables - XLR, TRS, and non-TRS cables. Same result.

It doesn't affect anything that keeps me from playing live or at home. Just curious if it is the FRFRs or AX8 or something else.

Any insight?
