Sound Bite w/OH "Mix IR's"

So I'm working on a new song potentially for a CD. Years ago I was trying to remember a song I had only heard a few times strictly from memory. When I listened back to the song... not even got close :lol... but used it a demo lick ever since. I got a few compliments on it so I thought I'd invest a bit of time into it, throw down some preset drums, a bass line and mess with it. What this has evolved into is nothing as it started out as... and probably won't finish as either.

There are two different mixes. Nothing fancy. These are quick, rough and a very abbreviated version that has the main parts of the song for this posting. I'm using a mongrel strat ('73-74 body w/78 neck), the Friedman HBE sim with the new OH Mix (studio/vintage) IR's. The G12M BB and the V30 EN.

Thoughts? Opinions?

I like the "A" mix much better. Has a kind of GNR "Mr. Brownstone" feel to it; work it up and finish it.

Thanks Scott. I prefer the, "A" mix/idea as well. Just thought I'd fire up a couple ideas as far as a finished feel goes.
