[Sorted] Purchased Cab-Lab 3, but can't create an iLok account

I tried to create an iLok account to register or validate my CabLab software but everytime I try to create one I get this error:

can't submit form - org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: could not extract ResultSet

Whatever that means. The support team for iLok are not back until January 2.
I have tried on another browser and my phone too, even tried various email addresses and passwords.
