Sometimes My Axe Causes My DAW or Interface to Have Issues

I've been connecting my Axe's to my DAW via USB forever. Sometimes I have a strange issue where there's no audio output from my DAW interface when using Reaper or sometimes playback is frozen, etc.

When I un-check my Axe from my aggregate device or turn it off it usually resolves it.

This typically occurs if everything has been left on and (DAW, Axe, Mac) for a while so I think it's Mac computer / USB related.

This has been going on for years. It doesn't happen all the time. Maybe 1-2 times per week. Sometimes less.

Curious is anyone else experiences this?

Almost no reports about USB issues with the III, so I'd say it's the computer.

yes. I think it has to with Aggregate device, reselecting the III in AudioMidi fixes it till the next time, which is usually soon.
