[Solved] No USB Audio. Tried 2 Macs and a Windows 10 laptop.

I just checked in about 10 seconds and no activity on "USB In" meters.

Wonder if this means my FM3 has the exact same issue yours had.

Analog In, Analog Out, and USB Out all show activity. USB In, nada.

I worked it out with Fractal support, suggesting an Uninstall and reinstall of
drivers. Seems too be all good now. It did take several attempts, though, of
doing the same thing repeatedly. No idea why it didn't take those previous
attempts and then finally did so.

Verify your meters. I was always seeing activity on both analog meters, but only USB out, NOT USB in when there should have been computer audio.

Regardless you will want to contact support. They were excellent about getting back to me very quickly. I think the first time I sent the message was late in the evening and I got an actual reply that night.

It's been a while. I seem to recall that's what support suggested and now I have
been ok and not having any issues.

I had a similar issue and the problem was I was connecting via USB through a USB hub. When I connected directly to the computer's USB interface I was finally able to hear computer audio playback into the headphone jack.
