Soft reset after update?

How do you soft reset your amps after an update without changing all your bass mid trouble and other knobs on the amps
 
you can also go to "manage presets" and select the ones you want to soft reset, then right click "reset amp" - from the manage preset screen this is a soft reset

Every day I learn something new here. This tip will save me hours/weeks/months of editing time from here on out.

The sad part is that this tip is probably explained in the user manual, and I probably just skipped it or missed it. I guess it's time to RRRTFM (re-re-read the effing manual).
