Just thought I'd pass along a really good bargain to those who have a legit copy of Win 7 and want to possibly upgrade to Win 8 at any point. I downloaded the digital copy, (product key included) and burned the ISO file for future installation.
Here's the link to the site where I found the Win 7 owners to get the promotional offer for Win 8. All legit!. Read and follow the corresponding instructions. Remember to download, install and run through "win 8 upgrade assistant". Offer/loophole expires Jan 31/13. No offer for the additional disc I believe. Digital download for Win 8 for $15.00 Works perfectly!
(disclaimer): I don't know if this only pertains to Canadian's, (according to link article) but I couldn't see why it wouldn't work for other Win 7 owners, (according to article title).
