Small MIDI Controller

What would be a good 3 or 4 button MIDI controller that I could use primarily for controlling the looper for my AxeFX II XL+? I pretty much just want to be able to set up a footswitch with:

Record
Play/Stop
Overdub

Would something like a MIDI Mouse be able to be set up for this, or something like the Disaster Area DMC-3?

This. Best little midi pedal I was able to find. Midi phantom powerable, and crazy programmable.

Thanks for the suggestions. I thought the MC6 would be what people would say. It just seems like overkill for what I want, but it seems like the best option that I’ve found.

The MC6 really is a killer midi all round Midi controller. I have had mine for a long time now, and it just works consistently. I might buy another down the road for my other rig.

Sorry to bring up a dead thread... The topic interests me.

I am waiting for the MC6 to be back in stock after finding the killer suggestion here. I have also looked at the Disaster Labs DMC.micro, I simply want to scroll up/down on presets and it seems like an extremely compact solution. Will it be compatible?
